Order Processing & Lead-Times

We strive to offer fast shipping to anywhere* in the United States.
*Availability subject to federal and state laws.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. We are working extremely hard to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. Our working business days are Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm. We are closed on Federal Holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM PST will be processed the following day. Please note that we are not open on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) – orders placed after 3 PM PST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that delays might occur with your order and may show no movement until they reach your local delivery hub. We recommend waiting patiently for up to 3 business days for tracking to update once you have received a tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or delivery carrier for updates regarding regular mailing services.

Carriers

Depending on the category of the product, shipping methods may vary between services from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.
Due to compliance factors for the PACT Act, certain items such as 7-OH or (ENDS) products will be subject to restrictions and will be shipped with USPS until further notice.

PO Boxes

We cannot ship any orders to PO boxes. Please do not enter a PO box as your shipping address, as this will result in delays.

All orders received with a PO Box inputted will result in a delay in processing, and we will contact you from Customer Support to request an alternate physical shipping address.

Tracking

Due to consolidation efforts and the utilization of multiple carriers to find an efficient and cost-friendly approach to shipping our products to you, you may receive multiple tracking numbers as your shipment may be separated by two different carriers.

State Restrictions

This product is not available for shipment to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin; or the following counties: Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego (California), Oceanside (California), Alton (Illinois), Jerseyville (Illinois), Edwardsville County (Illinois), Columbus (Mississippi), Union County (Mississippi), Ascension (Louisiana), Franklin (Louisiana), Rapides (Louisiana)

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship domestically within the United States where allowed.

Smoke is Life abides by all federal and state laws, which means we may not be able to ship our products to your state depending on your state’s current laws.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
