Currently, we do not accept any refunds, exchanges, or returns as all sales are final.

In the event of ordering incorrectly, please contact Customer Support at support@smokeislife.com immediately to resolve any issues related to Customer Information, Product Information, etc.

Once your order has been shipped and marked as fulfilled, no exceptions can be made at that point for any reason.

Exchanges

We do not accept any exchanges or refunds for purchases made on this site.

Items returned will not be accepted for credit, for any reason whatsoever.

In the unlikely event that one of our products arrives incorrectly and is not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please ensure to contact us immediately with your Order Confirmation Number, images of items received, and the issues you are experiencing.

Lost Packages / Undelivered Items

If the carrier service has lost your shipment or failed to deliver your items, please submit a Missing Mail Search Request Online at MissingMail.USPS.com and/or file a claim for your items with the respective carrier. You can also visit your local post office for assistance in filing out a Missing Mail Request.

Please ensure you have the following items on hand:

• Photo Identification
• Tracking Number (Issued by Carrier)
• Shipment Details

Cancellations

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund.

If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to process your cancellation.

You can request a cancellation of your order for a full refund. We strive for swift processing times on all orders, and cancellation requests are only applicable to orders that have NOT BEEN SHIPPED.
